HELP! Troubleshooting

Are you having issues with your payments or immobilization?

While Hive works extremely hard to make all of our systems easy to use without issue, sometimes problems can arrise.

Common problems include:

  • Payment made but not reflecting in the driver portal
  • Payment made but ignition is still immobilized
  • Payment is incorrect
  • Payment card upload generates an error
  • Automated billing messaging is received in error

If you are experiencing one of the issues above, please WAIT with the vehicle OFF for at least 20-30 minutes. Sometimes it can take a while for changes to appear in the system.

Additionally, avoid parking your vehicle underground wherever possible. The signal Hive sends to the vehicle is cellular, if you don't have cell service, the immobilization commands may not be reaching your vehicle.
